Unable to link to new JForum pages

Hello,

I'm having a problem linking to/making new JForum pages. I have added the method in the Action java (using IntelliJ and it says that it's not being used anywhere), edited the TemplateKey, templatesMapping, and urlPattern, and made the .htm page but when I try to navigate to the URL I get nothing. The URL becomes the following "http://localhost:8080/jforum/%servletContext%/error.html?OWASP_CSRFTOKEN=M04B-IHE1-BAAZ-QK3B-77UI-JIC9-AAF2-D0MT". Not sure if I'm missing a step or something. Any help would be appreciated.
