I download the version 2.5.0 ，and deploy on my own computer ,but i find When i sign in and add
modual ，Chinese characters on the interface display garbled characters。

Please provide some system environment information and screenshots.

system environment： win7 64位 ， Tomcat 9.0

by update the database,the title of categories_id 1~5 display correct.
